Kandidát je zkušený vývojář Angularu, který programuje více než 7 let v komerční praxi. S Angularem pracuje od vydání frameworku (verze 2 až po současnou verzi 10), používá jej na malých i velkých projektech. Je to framework, se kterým má nejvíce zkušeností. Při své práci klade důraz na kvalitu, efektivní komunikaci, zodpovědnost a výkonnost týmu. Díky svým rozmanitým zkušenostem je velmi přizpůsobivý a rád přináší osvědčené postupy, ať už z vlastních zkušeností, nebo z trendů. Při své práci aktivně využívá agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum a Kanban. Bez problémů zvládá komunikaci v angličtině i němčině. Preferoval by zejména projekt v oblasti zdravotnictví, ale je otevřený všem oblastem. Pracoval jako vedoucí týmu, kde vedl čtyřčlenný mikrotým. Má výborné manažerské a komunikační schopnosti.
