Test Manager

Kandidát je zkušený vedoucí testování, který má více než 5 let zkušeností s komerčním testováním. Více než 15 let zkušeností na pozici komečního vývojáře softwaru a více než rok zkušeností s organizací testování pomocí metodiky ISTQB. Během své praxe testoval i manuálně, ale preferuje spíše automatizované testování (na jeho současné pozici tvoří automatizace asi 40 % centrálního testování). Při své práci také aktivně využívá agilní metodiky, ale preferuje metodiku ISTQB. Bez problémů se domluví anglicky, ale má také C1 v němčině. Na své poslední pozici vedl oddělení, které mělo 9 lidí, ale pod palcem měli spoustu dodavatelů: Mettler Toledo; Wincor Nixdorf; NCR; S&T. Preferuje dlouhodobé projekty na plný úvazek, ale jako výzvu může vzít i krátkodobý projekt.
