Ladislav je zkušený programátor, který více než 2,5 roku programuje vzdálené aplikace na Frontendu v komerční praxi. Má zkušenosti s Typescriptem, třídami a funkčními komponentami React, hooky, Reduxem (akce, reduktory a thunky ano, ságy ne), Gitem, axiosem, lodashem a krátce s date-fns a stylovými komponentami. Ve všech projektech, na kterých dosud pracoval, používal Webpack (bez CRA a dalších kotlů) a Eslint. Při své práci aktivně využíval agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum a Kanban.
