AVRIS CONSULTING má pouze jako vedlejší pracovní poměr, na plný úvazek pracuje ve FIRSDATA, kde mu každé 3 měsíce prodlužují smlouvu.

Uchazeč se již 6 let aktivně věnuje agilním metodikám, poslední půlrok pracuje přímo jako Scrum Master. Předtím působil také jako agilní kouč a má velmi bohaté zkušenosti s implementací a prezentací Scrumu. Jako projektový manažer řídí projekty agilním způsobem prostřednictvím Scrumu od roku 2014, ale pozici projektového manažera zastává již od roku 2004, kdy byl zodpovědný za projekt od jeho prvotní myšlenky. Dokáže efektivně řídit i velké týmy, aniž by ho trápily napjaté termíny. Díky svým dlouholetým zkušenostem na pozici projektového manažera dokáže velmi dobře rozlišovat mezi požadavky Scrum Mastera a projektového manažera, což mu umožňuje pracovat v rámci celého týmu opravdu efektivně a plynule. Většina jeho zkušeností pochází z bankovnictví, ale velmi rád zkouší nové věci. Dobře ovládá anglický jazyk, což mu nedělá problémy ani v práci. Kromě angličtiny ovládá také plynně ruštinu, a to v mluvené i psané podobě, mluví však spíše lámaně.

Agile Coach and Trainer (2019-current): Head of agile consultancy and trainings unit, responsible for providing trainings and mentoring for scrum masters, product owners, agile coaches, and project managers. Also supports companies in implementing agile and project management processes.

Scrum Master (2020-current): Leads international scrum teams delivering products for leading fintech banks.

Head of Finance Sector (2019-2020): Responsible for project success and reorganization of the banking department for clients. Directly led one project and supervised the quality of others using PMI, Scrum, and Scrum Ban.

Senior Project Manager (2018-2019): Managed an international project for the gradual implementation of investment advisory and wealth management services for private and affluent customers, as well as EU regulatory compliance (MIFID II).

Project Manager (2014-2018): Managed lending system support and change management projects. Implemented tailor-made lending systems based on requirements analysis and product backlogs using PMI and Scrum Ban methodologies.

Project Coach (2010-2017): Prepared 2BCognitus to be a registered educational provider for PMI.org and provided preparation trainings for PMP and CAPM certification exams.

Managing Consultant (2012-2014): Implemented Oracle Siebel (CRM) for a bank and provided project/program management support for the Ministry of Finance.

Project Manager (2004-2010): Led the SKK/Euro conversion project for a bank and managed bank-assurance systems and managerial IS.

Lead Bid Manager (2001-2003): Managed the bidding process for a company and led the business analysis team for the SPP CRM project.

System Engineer and Developer (1992-1997): Worked as a technical bid manager for a company and specialized in IBM AS/400 for IBM partners.

He is skilled in implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum, Scrum Ban, and SAFE, as well as in improving project management and controlling processes. He also has expertise in coaching, mentoring, vendor and stakeholder management, and creativity and persuasion.
