Automation Tester & Manual Tester

Kandidát se věnuje testování již 4 roky, přičemž se zaměřuje především na manuální testování. V budoucnu by se však rád posunul směrem k automatizovanému testování, se kterým již má základní zkušenosti. Ačkoli je zatím neumí programovat, má na starosti jejich spouštění, zaznamenávání defektů a spolupráci s týmem automatizovaných testerů při převodu regresních testů na automatizované pomocí Selenia. Kromě toho má také rozsáhlé zkušenosti s analýzou na vysoké úrovni. Většina projektů, na kterých pracoval, byla vedena systémem Waterfall, ale na několika menších projektech se setkal i s agilními metodikami, především s využitím systému Jira. Hovoří plynně anglicky a je zvyklý ji používat i v práci.

2003 - 2004: Sales Department Manager - Responsible for sales of sports and leisure products, providing excellent customer service, product consultation, and assistance. Managed inventory, pricing, and conducted store audits.

2004 - 2008: Marketing Researcher - Responsible for marketing and merchandising for a network of stores. Managed product ordering for all branches in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Ensured compliance with health and safety regulations in the stores.

2008-2016: Brand Store Representative - Provided sales and customer service for telecommunications services. Handled customer inquiries, resolved complaints, and maintained relationships with other departments and partners. Achieved sales targets and ensured excellent customer experience. Managed cash and card payments, collaborated with the finance department.

01.2016 - 10.2020: User Acceptance Testing Specialist - Conducted user acceptance testing for various applications and systems, including CRM, mobile apps, e-shop, and web self-care. Managed end-to-end testing projects, communicated with stakeholders, and resolved incidents. Collaborated with suppliers and contributed to the resolution of issues.

Education: Studied at Kyrgyz State University in 1995-1996, specializing in economics.
