Scrum Master

Kandidát je zkušený Scrum master, který ve svém oboru pracuje již více než rok. Přesto již 5 let pracuje v agilním prostředí jako člen agilního týmu a specialista na agilní správu požadavků. Ve své pozici byl zodpovědný za úspěšné a včasné předání projektu zákazníkovi, zajišťoval hladký průběh projektu a implementoval agilní přístup do řízení projektu. Jeho angličtina je na úrovni B2 a je zběhlý v běžné komunikaci. Má bohaté zkušenosti v oblasti telco, ale rád se chopí každé nové příležitosti. Jako scrum master měl pod sebou 4 až 7 lidí.

1/2021 - 8/2021 Maternity Leave: Took time off for maternity leave.

9/2019 - 12/2020 Agile Projects Management Advisor/Scrum Master: Provided coaching and facilitated the scrum process and agile project management. Collaborated closely with the product owner, development team, and other teams involved in the project. Removed impediments and ensured successful project delivery.

2014 - 2019 Change Management Senior Specialist: Designed, implemented, and administered an application for communication between IT and business colleagues. Coordinated technological requirements for IT networks and allocated project resources. Served as a communication interface between the PMO and IT technology departments.

2010 - 2014 Change Management Specialist: Handled change management responsibilities within the company.
