Kandidát je zkušený Scrum Master, který na této pozici pracuje více než 3 roky v komerční praxi. Dříve zastával roli projektového manažera a všech typů vedoucích projektů (project lead, release lead, deployment lead). Jako Scrum Master měl na starosti 2 Scrum týmy, se kterými řídil interní aplikace/projekty. Fungovaly v systému Jira a pracovaly na základě principů Scrumu během dvoutýdenních sprintů, během nichž na základě plánování s klienty implementovaly změny z produktového backlogu. Když bylo třeba upravit rozsah sprintu podle dohody s vlastníkem produktu/klientem. Flexibilně přizpůsobovali i aktuální styl a principy práce na základě vzájemných zpětných vazeb a dohod s klienty a celým týmem. Při své práci využíval i další agilní metodiky, jako je Kanban, Kanban Board, XP. Bez problémů komunikuje v angličtině, kterou denně používá. Pracoval také jako vedoucí týmu ve velké zahraniční společnosti.

March 2019 - present: Release Manager As a Release Manager, I am responsible for overseeing all releases, including small weekly deployments, sub-releases, and compliance releases. My role involves scoping and freezing the release, preparing release-test environments, ensuring proper and timely testing, and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful deployment. I communicate all milestones and achievements to the company's management, including the CEO.

June 2017 - May 2018: IT Application Manager Bratislava Tribe Lead As the IT Application Manager Bratislava Tribe Lead, my responsibility was to ensure the smooth operation and performance of the team and each team member. I provided coaching and feedback, managed client escalations, and planned for team coverage. I also built a strong team with satisfied employees and created personal learning plans for career growth.

August 2016 - February 2019: IT Application Manager As an IT Application Manager, I led global teams and took ownership of internally used applications. My responsibilities included end-to-end application lifecycle management, such as change management, incident and problem management, release management, and vendor and stakeholder management. I also acted as a Scrum Master for two teams, participated in agile meetings, and coordinated application development.

October 2015 - August 2016: Deployment Lead/Project Manager As a Deployment Lead/Project Manager, my role involved overseeing the deployment of projects. I ensured smooth and high-quality delivery of business requirements, supported the testing team, and managed project/application financials.
