Project Manager & Scrum Master

Kandidátka pracovala více než 6 let jako projektová manažerka, kde získala vynikající dovednosti v oblasti řízení projektů a realizace metodických programů. Před více než rokem přešla na pozici scrum mastera ve Slovenské spořitelně, kde zároveň zastává pozici projektového manažera a má na starosti celou agendu od zpracování osobních půjček a mikropůjček pro malé firmy. Kandidátka je také zodpovědná za celkový remodeling osobních a spotřebitelských úvěrů do digitálního světa na frontendové a backendové platformě. Na své současné pozici Scrum Master mentoruje tým 22 lidí, se kterými pracuje 2x denně v rámci agilních ceremoniálů. Tím, že se její role prolíná s rolí projektového manažera, má na starosti celé plnění povinností, kde se vzájemně dolaďují. Její komunikace v angličtině je bezproblémová, protože pracovala na několika mezinárodních projektech.

May/2020 - Present: Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Responsibilities include working closely with the product owner to manage the backlog and ensure continuous delivery of features. Educating and reinforcing scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholders. Leading the development team from project initiation to final product delivery. Managing project spending and budgeting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Monitoring project progress and performance, reporting status to stakeholders. Facilitating agile initiatives and removing impediments to delivery success.

Sep/2017 - Dec/2019: Project Manager. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, risk management, and customer satisfaction targets. Planning and developing projects in collaboration with release manager and IT providers. Facilitating internal and external workshops/meetings, leading delivery teams, and managing resources. Reporting project status and progress.

Jan/2016 - Aug/2017: Project Analyst. Implemented delivery methodology on programs across EMEA. Supported WBS creation and maintained budget and schedule. Facilitated workshops/meetings and led teams. Reported program status and progress.

Feb/2015 - Dec/2015: IT Ops Technician II. Monitored and managed multi-technology platforms for processing financial transactions. Escalated issues to relevant teams and tracked their resolution.
