Ze svého předchozího zaměstnání měl několik projektů, kde zaváděl Scrum do týmů, např. v projektu pro mezinárodní společnost, která psala software pro čtečky kardiostimulátorů. Josef také pracoval pro společnost Adastra na projektu pro Škodu, kde měl na starosti jak backend, tak frontendovou platformu pro vývoj aplikací. Své zkušenosti uplatnil také ve společnosti Vodafone, kde pracoval na integračním projektu. Uchazeč měl také několik mezinárodních projektů, kde aktivně využíval agilní metodiky, a proto jsou jeho znalosti anglického jazyka bezproblémové i v písemné a ústní formě.
