Scrum Master

Kandidát je již téměř 10 let zkušeným scrum masterem a analytikem a úspěšně řídí týmy v domácím i mezinárodním prostředí. Má propracovaný způsob, jak udržet tým motivovaný, orientovaný na cíl a vždy dokončit projekt včas. V současné době pracuje jako projektový manažer, kde pomocí vodopádu dodává různé webové aplikace koncovému zákazníkovi. V předchozím zaměstnání měl v Praze na starosti celé oddělení bez zaměstnanců, které dodávalo koncový produkt pro společnost dodávající řešení call center po celém světě. Kandidát denně pracuje agilně, aktivně využívá Scrum i Kanban. Nemá vyčleněný sektor, ve kterém by se měl projekt nacházet, a může přijmout jakoukoli nabídku, která je pro něj zajímavá. Vzhledem k tomu, že pracoval na několika zahraničních projektech, je jeho angličtina na výborné úrovni v písemné i ústní formě.

Project Manager/Scrum Master (2020 - now): Currently working as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, responsible for managing multiple waterfall projects for various countries. Handling project documentation, forecasting, reporting, stakeholder management, and ensuring project milestones are met within time and budget. Also serving as a Scrum Master for one team during regular PI plannings.

Scrum Master (2019 - 2020): Worked as a Scrum Master for 6 teams in the R&D department. Facilitated agile and company ceremonies, identified dependencies and bottlenecks, improved communication between departments, and coached teams to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Scrum Master/Project Manager (2018 - 2019): Served as a Scrum Master/Project Manager for multiple teams across different projects. Improved cooperation within teams by building relationships, implemented scrum or kanban processes, introduced agile practices, and managed communication with customers, risk and issue management, and reporting.

Analyst/Scrum Master (2015 - 2018): Worked as an Analyst/Scrum Master. Responsible for the effectiveness of the scrum process in a team of ten members, monitored performance metrics, removed impediments, and facilitated agile ceremonies.

Copywriter (2012 - 2014): Worked as a Copywriter, providing freelance writing services.

Copywriter/SEO/SEM Specialist (2010 - 2012): Worked as a Copywriter/SEO/SEM Specialist, responsible for copywriting and search engine optimization.

In terms of education, I graduated from Czech Technical University with a degree in Software Engineering in 2014.

My key skills include expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, IT project management, software development life cycle (SDLC), analytical thinking, web analysis, coaching, and problem-solving.

I hold certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from ScrumAlliance, Cambridge English: Advanced, and Excel advanced to expert.

I am fluent in Czech (native speaker), have full professional proficiency in English, and limited professional proficiency in German.
