Kandidát je seniorní Scrum Master s 3,5 lety zkušeností v komerční sféře. Je držitelem certifikátů CSM a A-CSM. Více než rok pracoval jako Scrum Master na pozici, kde měl přesah i do projektového řízení. Je nadšencem do agilních metod a moderních agilních trendů, přičemž jeho hlavním zájmem jsou role v oblasti IT vývoje. Zajímá se o oblast automotive, protože má rád elektromobilitu a ekologii. Stejně tak ho zajímá oblast farmacie, protože může mít velký vliv na společnost, ale v podstatě je otevřený jakékoliv pracovní oblasti se zajímavým technologickým stackem.
