Roman se v IT prostředí pohybuje více než 10 let. Pracoval na několika pozicích, ať už jako mentor, nebo jako produktový manažer. Téměř 4 roky pracuje jako scrum master. Ve svém posledním zaměstnání pracoval na vývoji CRM systému, který byl aplikován na desktopová nebo mobilní zařízení. Doposud pracoval agilně na všech projektech v rámci dvoutýdenních scrumů. Bohaté zkušenosti získal také v telekomunikačním sektoru, kde v současné době pracuje jako aplikační architekt pro telekomunikační společnosti. V oblasti marketingu. Nemá vyhraněný sektor, ve kterém by chtěl pracovat, a jeho znalosti anglického jazyka jsou výborné jak v písemném, tak ústním projevu.
