Kandidát je zkušený Java vývojář, který již 5 let pracuje jako backend vývojář v komerční praxi s klasickým stackem - Java 8, Spring MCV, Hibernate, Maven. Později začal programovat na frontendu jako React vývojář v jazycích React, Django, Typescript a JavaScript. Nejlépe se však cítí v Javě, kde také zastával pozici technical lead, kde měl na starosti část celého projektu. Při své práci aktivně využívá agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum. Bez problémů se domluví anglicky a pracoval i v zahraničních týmech. Z posledního projektu odešel, protože přicházel za vedením s novými nápady, jak věci zlepšit, ale tým nechtěl měnit zavedené způsoby. Má také zkušenosti z bankovního sektoru.
