Kandidát je zkušený IT a business analytik, který ve svém oboru pracuje více než 6 let. Má rozsáhlé zkušenosti s aplikací Enterprise Architect, ale také s jazyky JavaScript, PHP a HTML. Na svém kontě má velké množství aplikací, kde pracoval na návrhu až po implementaci. Pracoval například na tvorbě softwaru pro finanční zprostředkovatele. Práce ho baví, ale rád by změnil prostředí a přesunul se jinam. Rok také zastával pozici Scrum Mastera, kde měl na starosti tým asi 15 lidí. Jeho angličtina je na úrovni B2, domluví se, ale nechce pracovat na čistě zahraničním projektu, kde by ji musel denně používat. Nemá preferovanou oblast práce, projekt ho prostě musí zajímat.
