Pan kandidát je linuxový administrátor a měl na starosti správu, instalaci, konfiguraci serverů, zákaznické tickety (většinou 1. úrovně), staral se také o HW. Rok pracoval jako vedoucí týmu juniorních administrátorů. Jeho angličtina je na pokročilé úrovni, ale v posledních letech neměl možnost ji tolik používat, rád by to změnil. V době, kdy byl Team Leaderem, byly snahy o zavedení některých agilních metodik, ale nakonec tyto snahy nebyly úspěšné. V současné době je ve zkušební době a hledá novou pracovní příležitost z personálních důvodů (většina týmu, ve kterém měl pracovat, odešla).

August 2014 – September 2015: Project Manager. Created test battery for youth sports project, conducted tests with 50 athletes, and successfully presented and defended the project.
