Kandidát je zkušený vývojář v jazyce Java, který se vývoji v tomto jazyce věnuje od roku 2006. Ve svých začátcích se věnoval také full-stack vývoji, ale nyní se zaměřuje výhradně na backend. Mezi jeho nejpoužívanější technologie patří Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Maven, Docker a Tomcat a posledních několik let pracuje s AWS. V současné době pracuje již 5 let jako architekt, ale rád by se vedle toho věnoval i klasičtějšímu "pohodovému" vývoji. Běžně pracuje s agilními metodikami a denně používá angličtinu v mezinárodním týmu, bez komunikačních problémů. V práci mu nejvíce záleží na týmu.
