IT Manager

Kandidát působí v oblasti IT více než 20 let. Na své poslední pozici pracoval jako IT expert/licenční manažer. Zajímá se o platformu Synology, která má za úkol vytvořit cenově dostupné řešení v podobě, která může plně nahradit platformy společnosti Microsoft. Ve svém posledním zaměstnání měl na starosti kompletní licencování softwaru celé společnosti a ze svých předchozích zaměstnání měl na starosti asi 30 lidí po celé republice, kde byl zodpovědný za kompletní chod celé společnosti a také se staral o software, nákup HW/SW, celkové řízení z pohledu managementu, řešení úkolů, hodnocení a vedení týmu. Za tímto účelem založil IT akademii, kde učil lepší IT dovednosti, školil zaměstnance na běžnou i pokročilejší práci s MS Office. Absolvoval také kurz PRINCE2 Foundation, kde stále pracuje na certifikaci projektového manažera. Pracoval také na malém interním projektu, který řešil sdílení firemních mobilních kontaktů s využitím Opensource Baikal. Jeho jazykové znalosti angličtiny jsou spíše na písemné úrovni B2 a aktivně se učí němčinu.
