Kandidát je zkušený tester - Jeho náplní práce je regresní testování vestavěných systémů PLC jednotek a jejich periferií. V současné době je zodpovědný za návrh testovacích postupů a jejich provádění. Podílí se také na vývoji automatizovaných testovacích nástrojů. Na pozici validačního inženýra pracuje již více než jeden rok. V současné době při své práci využívá agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum a Kanban. Bez problémů komunikuje v angličtině, kterou na projektu preferuje. Jeho preferovaným odvětvím by byly především telekomunikace a bankovnictví. Má také zkušenosti s vedením týmu, ale pouze z dobrovolnické činnosti.
