Manual Tester

Kandidát testuje již 2,5 roku a testuje ručně pomocí systému Jira. Má zkušenosti s integračními, regresními a funkčními testy. Při testování vždy sleduje uživatelskou stránku věci, a protože se rád učí, rád by se do UX ponořil hlouběji jako UX designér. Je zvyklý pracovat agilním způsobem založeným na Scrumu, a protože má zkušenosti s prací a vedením lidí i mimo IT, zajímala by ho i pozice Junior Scrum Master. V rámci týmu byl také zodpovědný za zaškolení nových kolegů na dvou pozicích - jednou jim na pokyn vedoucího týmu zadával úkoly k testování a podruhé je seznamoval s tím, jak celý projekt funguje. Plynně ovládá angličtinu na úrovni C1.
