Manual Tester

Kandidát je zkušený seniorní tester, který působí v komerční praxi více než 8 let - testuje různé aplikace, systémy a webové stránky. Preferuje především manuální testování, ale dostal se i k automatizovanému testování (Selenium), ale jen okrajově a preferuje manuální testování, protože je to podle jeho slov "stará škola". Dělal hlavně end to end testování a pracoval na velkých projektech, kde se potkávalo mnoho vývojářů a testerů. Při své práci aktivně využíval agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum a Kanban. Na projektu nepreferuje komunikaci v angličtině, protože umí jen číst a psát, jinak preferuje komunikaci ve slovenštině.

June 2013 - Present: IT Tester - Testing functionality, performance, and security of applications based on documentation and error detection. Verifying usability of applications and defining scenarios for different software testing strategies.

April 2011 - October 2012: Referent for Geographic City Information System - Processing requests for information about land. Processing map data according to requirements.

July 2009 - December 2010: Project Manager - Processing data for projects funded by EU funds.

June 2007 - December 2008: Tester - Testing client applications according to client requirements. Preparing expected test results and comparing actual results.

February 2005 - May 2007: Programmer - Analyst - Analyzing, programming, and implementing client requirements into the information system. Programming in RPG and RPG/ILE language.

July 1997 - January 2005: Clerk - Developing new applications, user support, reporting for other departments based on AS/400. Describing and processing work procedures in the banking system.

December 1993 - June 1997: Commercial Worker - Providing banking services in the investment area.
