Projektový manažer s více než 20 lety zkušeností. V současné době pracuje na atypickém projektu, který není čistě IT, ale jedná se o projekt pro dvě pojišťovny (Kooperativa SK a Komunálna poisťovňa SK), na kterém pracuje v koordinaci s velkým PMO týmem skupiny VIG (Vienna Insurance Group). Projekt nese název IFRS 17 (Mezinárodní standardy účetního výkaznictví) a je věnován přípravě na jednotné vykazování finančních výsledků pojišťoven v Evropě. Je zodpovědný za vedení týmu 20 ředitelů a vedoucích týmů ( ředitel financí/účetnictví, controllingu, řízení rizik atd.). Dále má pod sebou 30 dalších lidí, kteří jsou ředitelům podřízeni a spolupracují s nimi po jednotlivých liniích. Získal certifikace a znalosti týkající se agilních metodik, jako jsou Prince 2, PMP (PMI, PMBok), agilní, vodopád, o kterých pak měl možnost přednášet i v menších společnostech. Anglický jazyk je součástí jeho běžné pracovní komunikace.
