2018-Present - As an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst, I lead the Technology & Operational Excellence Team. I ensure team members are productive, happy, and meeting their goals. I also work with third-party vendors and coordinate development and implementation.

2021-2023 - I work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and upper management to determine team needs and shape team culture. I create onboarding processes for new employees and manage internal performance reviews. I also facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.

2016-2018 - I performed descriptive and predictive data analysis, created operational scorecards, and identified process gaps. I also planned and developed text analytics projects, managed client contracts, and led initiatives for business process automation and improvement.
