Kandidát pracuje jako projektový manažer více než 10 let. Poslední 4 roky však pracuje také v oblasti rozvoje infrastruktury, kde se věnuje rozvoji interního IT a přípravě nové infrastruktury. Pracuje na projektu obnovy životního cyklu IT, je zodpovědný za rozpočet a jeho schvalování, instalaci a vývoj softwaru, Komunikuje také s controllingem a dodavateli. Ve své práci se zaměřuje spíše na vodopád, ale příští rok přejde na agilní. Vedl tým administrátorů (8-10 lidí) a vedl implementační tým (5-10 lidí). Anglicky mluvící tým mu nedělá problém, ale preferuje české týmy.
