Product Owner

Hynek pracuje v oboru IT od střední školy. Poslední rok pracuje jako Product Owner. Ve společnosti uvolňují stroje pro průmysl a pro použití ve velkých halách. Komunikuje se zákazníky o přesných požadavcích, co klienti chtějí -včetně barvy, rozměrů a použití strojů. Má pod sebou tým vývojářů, kterým předává požadavky, a pak je zodpovědný za kontrolu, v jakém jsou stavu a zda je klient s příběhem spokojen. Vývoj s nimi může trvat až půl roku. V minulosti měl také možnost programovat v jazycích C, C++. Ve volném čase rád tvoří v Pythonu. Protože obor, ve kterém pracuje, je poměrně specifický, retrospektiva se u nich zkracuje na týden, protože je důležité upřesnit požadavky a jestli vše probíhá podle plánu. Komunikace v angličtině pro něj není problém, protože jejich zákazníci jsou většinou ze zahraničí.

Product Owner of Software:

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of software.
• Specifying customer requirements and conducting feasibility studies for projects.
• Serving as the creator of standard PLC and HMI codes.
• Implementing new hardware and ensuring its functionality.
• Overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software.

Automation Engineer:

• Responsible for the automation side of machine projects.
• Managing negotiations with customers regarding equipment functionality and technology choices.
• Installing devices in customer companies and providing remote support.
• Handing over completed projects to customers.
• Ensuring smooth operation and functionality of automation systems.

System Integrator:

• Developed an automation control system for a bakery.
• Planned projects and integrated PLC systems.
• Controlled dosing, fermentation, mixing, and cooling systems.
• Provided training and technological support to operators.
• Collaborated with customers to meet their automation needs.

Creator of Automation Testing:

• Developed and analyzed automated tests for software in the automobile industry.
• Communicated with customers and received education at Continental.
• Identified and repaired issues in code.
• Conducted all communication in German or English.
• Ensured high-quality software through rigorous testing.
