Scrum Master

Zkušený Scrum master s téměř pětiletou praxí. V současné době pracuje v týmu, kde se snaží zlepšit procesy tak, aby vývojáři měli možnost většího kariérního postupu a odstranění překážek. Má také dovednosti v oblasti řízení softwarových projektů a objektově orientovaného programování. Sám také pracoval jako vývojář a teprve později přešel do role Scrum Mastera. Pracoval s několika distribuovanými týmy a získal odborné znalosti v oblasti SAFe. Ve svém předchozím zaměstnání měl možnost kandidovat na mentora svých kolegů. Jeho angličtina je na komunikativní úrovni, takže nemá problém pracovat v zahraničním týmu.
