Kandidát je Scrum Master, který pracoval na několika vývojových projektech a působil také jako projektový manažer a agilní projektový manažer. Má pětiletou praxi v oboru. Ve své současné pozici zastřešuje část dodávek, sestavování obsahu a všeho, co k tomuto procesu patří. Plánuje schůzky, řeší týmové problémy, pomáhá nováčkům se školením a onboardingem. S agilními metodikami přichází do styku denně. V práci neustále komunikuje anglicky, protože pracuje v anglickém týmu.

Actively participating in "agile coffee" meetings and making meetings effective. Representing the team in meetings with stakeholders and coaching team members.

Scrum Master (09/2018 - 09/2019): Acting as a Scrum Master for 4 internal software development teams. Leading the product design phase from initiation and spreading agile knowledge across the organization as an agile evangelist. Active member of the Agile Academy.

Sales Manager for CEE Market (2016 - 2017): Managed sales for the CEE market.

Agile Project Manager (2016): Managed agile projects.

Education: Studied finance, banking, and investing at Technical University in Košice (2009 - 2015). Attended Gymnasium of Jan Adam Rayman in Prešov (2005 - 2009).

Skills: Proficient in English and German languages. Possesses skills in critical thinking, communication, risk management, coaching, responsibility for delivery, Jira and Confluence, problem solving, and negotiation.

Certifications: CAPM (05/2018) from PMI, PRINCE2 (12/2017) from APMG International.
