PHP Developer

Kandidát je vývojář PHP s více než 6 lety zkušeností. V práci mají upravený starší framework, takže většinou pracuje v čistém PHP, ale neměl by problém naučit se i jakýkoli framework. Na svém projektu si vyzkoušel práci s Luminasem. Momentálně působí hlavně jako backendový vývojář. Podílí se na vývoji interního softwaru, pracuje na skladovém systému, CRM. Když otevřeli optiku, pracoval na vývoji pokladen. Vyvíjel také funkce pro sklad a účetnictví. Měl také přidělený tým 4 vývojářů, se kterými pracoval na možnostech předplatného pro online prodej kontaktních čoček. Při své práci využívali především Scrum z agilních metodik. Komunikace v angličtině pro něj není problém, protože e-shop je ve více zemích, a tak musí komunikovat i s cizinci. Vzhledem k tomu, že u současného zaměstnavatele pracuje od ukončení vysoké školy, rád by zkusil pracovat pro jinou společnost. Preferuje větší společnosti, které využívají modernější technologie a kde je možnost kariérního postupu. Nerad by pracoval pro agentury, které vyvíjejí stále stejné malé projekty. Rád by si také vyzkoušel práci například s mikroslužbami a Node.js.

08/2015 - present: Senior PHP Backend Developer at a company (50-99 employees). Responsibilities include developing and designing components and subsystems for the internal warehouse system, optimizing warehouse processes, integrating the website with the accounting system Helios Green, managing a dedicated Windows server for accounting, leading small teams for specific projects such as subscription service and launching sales of prescription glasses, improving customer purchase prediction using Python and machine learning, and implementing features like filtering, sorting, and pagination on the e-commerce website.

2009 - 2015: Informatics studies at the University of Economics in Prague, with a thesis on developing a web application for managing bachelor's and master's theses, involving Zend, PHP, JS, jQuery, integration with the school information system, Google Calendar, Outlook.com, and REST API. Graduated with a bachelor's degree.

2005 - 2009: Informatics studies at a technical high school in Prague, with a focus on electrical engineering. Graduated with a high school diploma.

Language skills: Excellent/native speaker in Czech, Advanced in English. Basic knowledge of Japanese.

Skills and expertise: Proficient in using computers and operating systems such as Windows, Debian, and Windows Server. Holds a valid B driver's license. Can use tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
