Scrum Master

Kandidát je certifikovaný scrum master s více než 2 roky zkušeností. Pracovala ve společnosti Cel.ro během transformace z vodopádu na agilní systém. Byla zodpovědná za hladký a efektivní průběh transformace. Na své poslední pozici pracovala pro softwarovou společnost, která vytváří open source řešení pro cloud. Působila jako vzdálený scrum master pro 2 týmy. Každý tým měl 9 členů včetně vývojářů. Je držitelkou certifikátu Professional Scrum Master I. Začala také navštěvovat několik kurzů SAFe, například SAFeⓇ Advanced Scrum Master nebo SAFeⓇ Product Owner Product Manager. Její zaměstnavatel ji v tom však příliš nepodporuje, a proto by si ráda našla projekt, kde jí bude umožněno rozvíjet své dovednosti. Ráda se učí novým věcem a v budoucnu by chtěla pracovat jako agilní kouč. Plynně komunikuje v angličtině. Je rodilá Rumunka, takže se domluví i rumunsky.
