Agile Coach & Scrum Master

Kandidát pracuje jako scrum master/agile coach více než 3 roky. Na projektu mají 2 produkty a více než 15 týmů. Každý tým má +- 7 členů. Má certifikaci LeSS. Pomáhá týmům růst, učit se fungovat samostatně a být organizovaný. Kromě toho pomáhá také vlastníkům produktů. Jako kouč má pravidelné revize s inženýry, generálními řediteli a vlastníky produktů, aby získal zpětnou vazbu a mohl zlepšit jejich výkon. Každý z koučů má ve své práci určitou specializaci. Kandidát se zaměřuje na vývojové postupy, protože má zkušenosti i s vývojem, a může tak pomáhat vývojářům. Jejich schůzky probíhají převážně v angličtině, takže komunikace v angličtině pro něj není problém.

• Working with 15+ teams on 2 products in a manager-less structure using the LESS framework.
