Kandidát pracuje jako Scrum master/line manažer posledních 8 let. Předtím začínal jako QA inženýr. Pracuje v divizi, která má na starosti automatizaci testů pro týmy v rámci banky. Jeho divize tedy umožňuje automatizaci procesů a zjednodušuje práci ostatním týmům. Má na starosti 8 projektů. Každý den mají stand-upy, plánovací sezení, retrospektivy nebo ad hoc schůzky, pokud je třeba řešit mimořádnou situaci. Kromě toho řídí také 1 projekt po projektové linii, tj. komunikuje i s externími klienty, zjišťuje jejich spokojenost a požadavky. Celkově se stará o lidi a jejich chod kanceláří. Absolvoval certifikaci ISTQB. Denně komunikuje v angličtině.
