Kandidát je zkušený projektový manažer s devítiletou praxí. V oblasti IT se pohybuje již téměř 20 let. Začínal jako vývojář PHP. Později přešel na pozici PM. Na své současné pozici pracuje jako analytik. Mapuje procesy, nahrazuje je novým systémem a také kompletuje dokumentaci pro výběrové řízení. Má také zkušenosti s agilní transformací, rád přináší týmu zlepšení, interpretuje obchodní požadavky. Rád dotahuje věci do konce a odstraňuje překážky, které by mohly brzdit práci týmu. Komunikace v angličtině mu nedělá problém, protože pracoval i na několika mezinárodních projektech. V budoucnu by se viděl jako produktový vlastník nebo produktový manažer. Zajímá ho oblast bankovních telekomunikací.

Performed analysis of customer needs for the integration of new companies into corporate structures. This involved analyzing dataflow, interfaces, services, and transactions in the pharmacy industry. Also responsible for leading the agile transformation of the company and project controlling. Main scope: Oracle DWH and BI, DR, ServiceDesk.
