Kandidát pracuje jako QA Engineer již 12 let. Začínal jako manuální tester a získal zkušenosti v různých odvětvích, kde se setkal s multiplatformním testováním, linuxovým prostředím, skriptováním v Pythonu, kódováním pro rychlou manipulaci atd. Používal technologické nástroje jako Java, C#, C++, PowerShell, .Net, JIRA, MS technologies, Visual studio, Postman. Obecně je jeho pracovní náplní automatizované testování (Selenium), příprava a správa automatizovaných testů, analýza, reportování výsledků, frameworky, správa testů. V různých projektech, na kterých pracoval, byl zodpovědný za testování platebních aplikací, IT řešení, bankovních CRM aplikací a testování eHealth. Má zkušenosti s agilními metodikami, jako je Scrum, které používal na většině projektů. V minulosti měl možnost mentorovat mladší kolegy. Je ochotný vysvětlovat a učit, není však typem manažera lidí. Jeho angličtina je na komunikativní úrovni, protože pracoval s klienty ve Švýcarsku i v Indii a komunikoval s nimi na denní bázi.
