V minulosti pracoval také jako programátor nebo projektový manažer, takže by rád spojil odvětví IT s obchodem. Na projektu používají agilní prostředí. Jeho angličtina je na velmi dobré úrovni a má také pasivní znalost němčiny. Pracoval také jako junior teamleader, měl na starosti tým a také zaučoval nové kolegy.
