Scrum Master

Kandidát je scrum master s tříletou praxí. V současné době pracuje na 3 různých projektech pro mezinárodní společnosti jako Jaguar, Heineken. Na každém projektu má jinou funkci, ale zároveň se překrývají. Například pro Heineken působí jako prostředník mezi různými zúčastněnými stranami. V jiném projektu se jeho role scrum mastera překrývá s rolí manažera transformačních projektů. Například také dělá prognózu lidských zdrojů. Pracuje na projektech, které mají mnoho členů, některé až 150. Vše řídí prostřednictvím agilních metod. Má několik certifikací, například Prince2, LSS - Lean six sigma, Itil v4. Komunikace v angličtině pro něj není problém.

Agile Scrum Master and Ambassador (September 2019 - present)

• Responsible for promoting and implementing agile methodologies within the organization.
• Lead daily and weekly scrum meetings with assigned clients.
• Work with product owners to ensure agile principles and practices are followed.
• Focus on constant customer involvement, empirical process, time boxing, and changing requirements.
• Set up appropriate teams for scrum execution and remove distractions or impediments.
• Emphasize the importance of being agile and having it absorbed within the DNA of the organization.

OTC Manager (May 2018 - present)

• Manage commercial changes, request management, quotation, ordering, billing, and associated activities.
• Develop model, rules, and governance for international accounts.
• Key areas of focus include charging and invoicing, account balance, disputes, and communication.
• Handle finance reviews with clients, billing reporting, and quote to order processes.
• Ensure smooth service transition and implement credit notes and terminations.

Program/Lifecycle Manager for Global Customer Projects (March 2014 - present)

• Improve end-to-end processes from bid phase to order to cash.
• Establish control mechanisms to reduce errors in execution.
• Define scope of work for teams and measure results against KPIs and SLAs.
• Implement continuous improvement plans and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Coordinate ordering and delivery processes, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.
