Scrum Master

Kandidát je zkušený scrum master s tříletou praxí, předtím pracoval tři roky jako projektový manažer. Má také zkušenosti jako obchodní analytik. V současné době pracuje jako scrum master dvou týmů. Jeden z nich je již vyzrálý a pomáhá mu s nasazením produktu po celém světě. Protože ho baví strojové leranování, pomáhá také jako školitel ve vývoji pro více jazyků. Byl také součástí dvou transformací - z vodopádu na scrum a ze scrumu na agilní. Pracuje s týmy, které mají 20 členů. Hovoří plynně anglicky a španělsky. V budoucnu by rád pracoval na digitálním projektu, jako je sportovní sázení nebo e-commerce.

Achievements include developing a brand new chatbot based on user testing and data insights, achieving promising time to market, and establishing a highly motivated product team.
