Java Developer

Kandidát je zkušený vývojář s více než 20 lety praxe. Začínal jako vývojář v jazyce C. Posledních 20 let však programuje v jazyce Java. Nejčastěji pracuje s Java SDK. Má však také zkušenosti s Hibernate a Springem, které však posledních 10 let nepoužívá. Dává přednost menším firmám nebo start-upům, protože se mu líbí atmosféra v takových firmách. V práci běžně pracuje s agilními metodikami, jako jsou Scrum a Kanban. Denně i v soukromém životě komunikuje anglicky. Učí se však také italsky. V minulosti několikrát vedl malý tým vývojářů a rád vede a mentoruje mladší vývojáře, aby se zlepšovali.
