Je zkušený architekt IT bezpečnosti, který na podobných pozicích pracuje od roku 2006. Má zkušenosti s různými praktickými a agilními vedoucími kompetencemi, jako je budování, implementace, zavádění a podpora obchodních procesů s využitím moderních postupů a standardů. Má bohaté programátorské zkušenosti i znalosti v oblasti kryptografie - nehledá však práci v oblasti kódování. Also served as a Subject Matter Expert, conducting interviews and coaching the workforce for Engineering roles. Led initiatives for culture diversity and LGBTQI+&Allies in Czechia.

• 11/2016 – 09/2019: Security Specialist: Implemented automation for Secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices, including coaching, technology adoption, and process transformation. Enhanced procedures and architecture of SOC and conducted risk analysis, threat modeling, and detection scenario design. Participated in incident resolution and continuous improvement of SOC.
