Manual Tester

Manuální tester s tříletou praxí. V současné době pracuje ve společnosti Volkswagen, kde je zodpovědný za interní testování aplikací. Provádí manuální testy funkčnosti, tj. regresní testy. Používá nástroje Jira a HP ALM, ovládá také základy jazyka SQL. Jeho němčina je na komunikativní úrovni a je to jeho preferovaný jazyk, ve kterém by rád nadále komunikoval. Angličtina je na úrovni B1-B2 s porozuměním všemu, nicméně nemá v ní praxi a nekomunikuje v ní denně.

Responsibilities

• thoroughly analyzing incoming requests to gain a comprehensive understanding of the software testing requirements
• developing comprehensive and meticulously detailed test case documents that outline the testing scenarios, inputs, expected outputs, and various test conditions
• carrying out manual testing procedures meticulously based on the defined test case documents
• identifying and documenting software defects, glitches, and anomalies discovered during the testing process
• developing and maintaining a repository of comprehensive test documentation, which includes test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports
• collaborating with the Test Manager and remote Test Team based in Germany to exchange critical information, share testing progress, discuss challenges, and ensure alignment in testing strategies
• actively participating in meetings with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders
• Tests types executed : Regression tests, Functional tests
• Type of tested SW: Automotive Applications:Parts inventory application, supply chain application
• Tools used: HP ALM , Jira (tests Runs and Traceability reports)

• ITQB - Foundation Level Tools: HP ALM , Jira Regression tests, Functional tests.
