IT Analyst & Manual Tester

Kandidát je původně absolventem chemie, který od roku 2015 navštěvuje kurzy IT. Absolvovala kurzy pro vývojáře Pythonu, testery, SQL a UML. Při práci na fakultě pracovala jako analytička s využitím jazyka Python. V budoucnu by se chtěla více věnovat testování nebo SW analýze. Organizovala kurzy Pyladies, určené ženám, které se chtějí naučit Python. Její angličtina je na komunikativní úrovni, má pasivní znalost němčiny a základy španělštiny. Při práci ve škole vedla cvičení a učila studenty. Nemá specializované pracovní odvětví, ale nejvíce zkušeností může nabídnout v oblasti zdravotnictví. Dává přednost dlouhodobým projektům, aby se mohla neustále zdokonalovat.

2019 - 2021: Assistant Professor at Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové. Conducted research and pedagogical activities, focusing on the development of a method for clinical purposes and teaching practical exercises. Responsible for sample preparation, analysis, and documentation.

2017 - 2018: Research at the University of Pardubice, Faculty of Chemical Technology. Worked on the development of human lipidome characterization for early diagnosis of cancer using mass spectrometry.

2013 - 2017: Technician at the Institute of Physiology CAS. Analyzed lipid mediators in adipose tissue using mass spectrometry, including sample preparation and qualitative and quantitative analysis. Responsible for sample preparation, analysis, and documentation.

2008 - 2013: Studied at Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové. Specialized in Pharmaceutical analysis, focusing on the development of methods for determining biologically active substances using liquid chromatography. Responsible for sample preparation, analysis, and documentation.

2003 - 2008: Studied at University Hradec Králové, Faculty of Education. Specialized in teaching at Upper Primary School, with a focus on Chemistry and Civics.

Responsible for sample preparation and HPLC determination of fluoroquinolones in fish meat. Validated analytical methods using HPLC with UV detection. Responsible for sample preparation, analysis, and documentation.
