Matthew je obchodní analytik s dvouletou praxí. Předtím pracoval dva roky jako tester. V současné době stále externě studuje na vysoké škole. V současné době spravuje bankovní systémy, komunikuje s obchodním oddělením, vyhodnocuje a vytváří specifikace, které zadává vývojářům. Řešení modeluje v podnikové architektuře, UML, BPMN. Při své práci nepoužívá agilní metodiky, ale pracuje vodopádově. Nevadila by mu komunikace v angličtině, i když ji v práci momentálně nepoužívá. Nemá preferovanou oblast, ve které by chtěl pracovat, takže je otevřený čemukoli. Pokud by však pracoval na částečný úvazek vedle své práce v bankovnictví, chtěl by projekt v jiné oblasti.
