Agile Coach & Scrum Master

Zkušený scrum master s pětiletou praxí. Byl jedním z prvních scrum masterů ve společnosti Orange. Pracoval na projektu, který byl zpočátku postaven neagilním způsobem, ale byl neúspěšný. Později ho nasadili na scrum a dokázali projekt efektivně realizovat. Spolupracuje se zákazníky a zainteresovanými stranami. Kromě toho také založil scrum v oddělení lidských zdrojů, kde působil jako mentor. Pracuje také v distribuovaném týmu, který má členy po celé zemi a zákazníci jsou ze zahraničí. Tam nastavuje procesy tak, aby dávaly smysl. Nepoužívají tam 100% scrum, protože zjistili, že je to tak efektivnější. Kromě toho v Orange založil agilní knihovnu a společně provozují agilní komunitu v rámci firmy. Příští měsíc bude mít na Trnavské univerzitě přednášku o koučování a agilitě. Hovoří plynně anglicky a francouzsky. Baví ho nastavovat procesy a rozjíždět nové věci.

Responsibilities:

• Led the transformation of an in-house development team from waterfall delivery to successful agile delivery.
• Acted as the agile mentor and coach for an HR team's transition to Scrum without external mentoring.
• Oversaw the transformation of an international project to a customized version of Scrum.
• Provided coaching, mentoring, and support to other agile teams for higher transparency and self-organization.
• Contributed to the company's agile strategy, Scrum master community, and founded an agile library.

Responsibilities:

• Oversaw internal IT processes in a newly established shared services center.
• Managed IT projects and coordinated IT suppliers.
• Led and coordinated an internal development team using the Scrum methodology.
• Reported to senior management and contributed to the long-term IT strategy.
• Reason for leaving: Company went bankrupt.

SAP Consultant: 04/2014 - 10/2015

Responsibilities:

• Served as a functional consultant focusing on SD module, with some experience in MM/LE/FI modules.
• Managed incident and change request management.
• Provided 1st and 2nd line support.
• Reason for leaving: No perspective for new projects in the field of interest.

Senior Financial Analyst for Key Accounts : 09/2013 - 12/2013

Responsibilities:

• Handled accounts receivables and collection activities, with a focus on key accounts in the French subsidiary.
• Implemented proactive process improvement and automation using Excel/VBA.
