Kandidát působí v oblasti IT již 16 let. Na své poslední pozici pracoval na transformačních programech, kde byly systémy a CRM nahrazeny novými. Pracoval jako strem lead pro integraci, který pokrýval veškerou správu testů a řízení cutoveru. Přibližně 8 let pracoval jako projektový manažer pro bankovnictví a telco. Začínal však jako vývojář, takže má velmi dobré zkušenosti s vývojem. Má zkušenosti s Jira, MS Project, SQL. Jelikož pracoval v mezinárodních týmech, komunikace v angličtině mu nedělá problém.
