Product Manager

Kandidát má 3 roky zkušeností na pozici produktového manažera. Začínal jako manažer vývoje produktů, později přešel do výzkumu a vývoje, ale musel být pozastaven kvůli koruně. Je zodpovědný za duševní vlastnictví, správu portfolia, vyřizování patentových přihlášek a udělování patentů. Jedná se o HW produkt z oblasti vrtání. Shromažďuje požadavky od klientů a převádí je do požadavků na produkt pro technický tým, komunikuje s nimi a také s investory. Nemá však zkušenosti s celým životním cyklem produktu, protože pracuje s produkty, jejichž vývoj trvá mnoho let. V práci absolvoval školení o agilních metodikách, ale zatím s nimi nemá mnoho zkušeností. Má několik kolegů ze zahraničí, a proto pro něj komunikace v angličtině nepředstavuje problém. Většinou pracoval s týmy o 2-8 členech.
