Kandidát působí v oblasti IT více než 15 let. Začínala jako vývojářka a testerka. Později přešla na pozice projektového manažera a Scrum Mastera. Na své poslední pozici pracuje jako Resource Manager na mezinárodním projektu s 600 členy. Je zodpovědná za najímání zaměstnanců a stanovování cílů. Kromě toho zastává roli Scrum mastera pro 2 čety. Pracovala také jako business analytik v několika projektech , kde musela zjišťovat požadavky klienta, psát podrobné specifikace. Denně komunikuje v angličtině. Na projektech pracuje agilně v metodách Scrum a Kanban. Má zkušenosti s IBM Notes, IBM Lotus, IBM Domino, UiPath. Kromě toho v minulosti pracovala také s jazykem UML a SQL. Preferuje dlouhodobější projekty.
