Kandidátka je designérka UX/UI s více než šestiletou komerční praxí v oblasti UX/UI, během níž 3 roky používala Sketch, poté více než 2 roky Figmu a od začátku své kariéry nástroje Adobe. Nachází se v Záhřebu a preferuje určitý hybridní režim práce, protože by ráda byla home office, ale zároveň chápe nutnost face to face interakce. Komunikace v angličtině pro ni není problém. Na své aktuální pozici vede tým dalších 3 designérů, i když je otevřená vedení většího týmu. Preferuje spolupráci jako standardní zaměstnanec a dlouhodobější projekty s produktově orientovanými společnostmi. Na své aktuální pozici má výpovědní lhůtu jeden měsíc.
