Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Master od dubna 2021 s předchozí zkušeností jako Product Owner nebo The candidatelyst. Ve skutečnosti má plný úvazek, ale je otevřená zkoumání dalších příležitostí na trhu. Pravidelně používá Atlassian Jira a většina jejích zkušeností je z finančního sektoru. Vyhovuje jí práce s většími i menšími týmy, protože dříve vedla týmy o přibližně 8 členech. V minulosti také vedla 3 týmy najednou. Žije v Záhřebu a preferuje pozice v Záhřebu,pokud možno na dálku, i když může být v kanceláři 1-2 dny v týdnu. V úvahu pro ni připadá jak standardní zaměstnání, tak práce na volné noze.
