Project Manager & Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Master od října 2019 s předchozími zkušenostmi s řízením projektů. Ve skutečnosti má pozici na plný úvazek, ale je otevřený prozkoumat další příležitosti na trhu. Ve své kariéře byl zvyklý koučovat týmy o cca 10 lidech, přičemž má za sebou i 2 takto velké týmy. Již více než 3 roky používá systém Atlassian Jira. Používá také Azure DevOps, Confluence nebo Miro. Žije v Záhřebu a preferuje pozice v Záhřebu s co největší mírou práce na dálku, i když několikrát týdně a častěji v období onboardingu může navštívit kancelář v Záhřebu. Je zvyklý pracovat jako standardní zaměstnanec, tento režim má na všech svých pozicích, i když je schopen si otevřít i osobní firmu a pracovat jako freelancer.
