Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Master od prosince 2020 s předchozími zkušenostmi s vedením týmu. Ve skutečnosti uvažuje o změně pozice. Na své aktuální pozici dosud vedl 10 týmů, některé z nich i od fáze vzniku, o velikosti 4-15 členů, pravidelně používá Atlassian Jira, takže mu vyhovuje práce s většími i menšími týmy. Žije v Osijeku a je flexibilní, co se týče preferencí onside/offside, což závisí hlavně na rozsahu práce, Variantou je pro něj jak standardní zaměstnání, tak práce na volné noze. Na své aktuální pozici má výpovědní lhůtu 1 měsíc.
