Kandidát je Scrum Master od února 2019 s předchozími zkušenostmi s vývojem softwaru. Ve skutečnosti má plný úvazek, ale je otevřená zkoumání dalších příležitostí na trhu. Na své aktuální pozici koučuje 2 týmy, 1. o 16 lidech a 2. o 11 lidech, používá Atlassian Jira a Confluence již 7 let. Nevadí jí pracovat s většími i menšími týmy, i když preferuje menší, s méně než 9 členy. Žije v Záhřebu a preferuje co nejvíce práce na dálku, je však otevřená být v kanceláři, když je to nutné. Je zvyklá pracovat jako standardní zaměstnanec. Na své aktuální pozici má výpovědní lhůtu 2 měsíce.
