Kandidát pracuje v oblasti IT více než 20 let, z toho 10 let jako architekt. Na své současné pozici navrhuje novou architekturu využívající Kubernetes na platformě Azure. Má zkušenosti s distribuovanou architekturou, SOAP, REST. V minulosti pracoval také jako vývojář v jazycích PHP, JS, C#. Na projektech se setkal také s agilními metodikami jako Scrum a Kanban. Je zběhlý v komunikaci v angličtině, protože ji v současné době používá i v práci. Nejčastěji pracoval s týmy o 5 až 20 lidech. Na své současné pozici však lidi nevede.
